The Huntsville Police Department (HPD) has charged Kevon Clifton, 33, with murder after a deadly shooting in the parking lot of 1024 North Memorial Parkway. HPD officers responded to the area shortly after 1 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 22, and found an unresponsive man lying in the parking lot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
