December 21, 2018City of Huntsville municipal offices will be closed for non essential personnel on Monday, December 24 and Tuesday, December 25 in observation of the Christmas holiday. The investigation began on September 4th as an assault of fifty-three year old Anthony Ray Samuel. The roads in downtown Huntsville will be closed for this parade beginning at 09:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Citizens traveling in the downtown area on Saturday morning should expect detours and traffic delays as well large amounts of pedestrian traffic.
