If you are stopped at a Traffic Safety Checkpoint be prepared to present your driver license, proof of insurance and vehicle registration to officers. The Huntsville Police Department has charged Pierre Sims, 30, for capital murder. Sims is accused of killing Christopher Cole, 47. Officers responded to an assault call in the 400 block of Governors Drive on Thursday April 22nd and discovered Cole with serious injuries. Investigators discovered he was the victim of a robbery.
