Huntsville residents in need of a whiskered, purring companion are urged to bring home a cat or kitten from Huntsville Animal Services (HAS) in honor of International Rescue Cat Day. About 50 residential streets within the city limits of Huntsville will see improvements this year as part of a $6.9 million resurfacing contract.
