The City of Huntsville, City of Madison and Madison County government operations will be closed, on Tuesday, Jan. 16, due to the winter weather event and hazardous road conditions. A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect for the area through 6 a.m. Tuesday. Continued sleet and snow, along with below-freezing temperatures, are causing icy road conditions. For the City of Huntsville, the closure includes Municipal Court, and all municipal services and facilities. [ more ]
