Huntsville Police DUI Task Force to perform traffic safety checkpoints during Fourth of July holiday
June 30, 2023The Huntsville Police Department’s DUI Task Force will conduct traffic safety checkpoints throughout the Fourth of July holiday weekend and week. If you are stopped at a traffic safety checkpoint, be prepared to present your driver’s license, proof of insurance and vehicle registration to officers. The Driscoll Group will mail 2,000 surveys to households within each Huntsville ZIP code. The survey is conducted every two years as part of the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) reaccreditation process. Responses will remain anonymous.
