It’s not worth it: Huntsville Police urge caution during National Distracted Driving Awareness Month

Distracted driving isn’t just a hazard to the person behind the wheel – it’s also a danger to other drivers and pedestrians. The City of Huntsville’s municipal offices and Municipal Court will close Friday, April 7, in observance of Good Friday. City offices will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, April 10. Because garbage collection occurs Monday-Thursday, there will be no change to service. Huntsville Transit will operate a normal schedule for both Orbit fixed-route buses and Access paratransit services.
