At around 6:20 a.m. on Friday, March 17, the Huntsville Police Department (HPD) responded to a shooting call at a business located at 2990 Mastin Lake Road. The Huntsville Police Department (HPD) has charged Deiondre Gilmore, 25, with capital murder following a drug-related robbery that happened on Sunday, March 12. HPD officers responded to a shooting into a vehicle call around 9 p.m. Sunday near Wharton Road and Kenwood Drive.
