The City of Huntsville’s Parks & Recreation Department is bringing back last year’s highly successful after-school program. The program will begin Monday, Aug. 8, and continue throughout the academic year at select community and recreation centers in Huntsville. The Huntsville Police Department (HPD) has charged 22-year-old Cameron Tyrese Doughty with Murder following a shooting incident on Tuesday, July 19 around 9:20 a.m. ?HPD officers responded to the area of 15th and Omni Street and found a man identified as Larry Rice, Sr., 63, dead in the roadway.
