March Madness Adoption Special at Huntsville Animal Services

Construction of a new industrial facility in Limestone County topped the list of non-residential permits issued last month. Residential permits increased, while certificates of occupancy (COs) decreased year-over-year. Residential Permits (new construction) in Huntsville city limits: In February, 111 housing units were permitted, 99 single- and 12 multi-family. Huntsville Police Major Crimes Unit is investigating a shooting that resulted in the death of Lucas Payne, 36 of Huntsville. Officers responded to a call of a shooting in the parking lot of a convenience store at Oakwood Avenue and Pulaski Pike around noon yesterday.
